Personal training is a unique relationship between a client and their coach. Fitness is a journey and everyone's journey is unique. As a coach, I have a vast amount of knowledge and experience. I believe combining textbook understanding with real life and personal experience and applying this practically to each and every individual client is the key to success.
My goal as your coach is to guide you in your fitness journey, regardless of where you might be on that particular journey: whether you are completely new to fitness, or a seasoned trainer who wants to take your training to the next level and get in the best shape of your life. I will help you understand how to go about achieving our goals and developing a strong physique. I want to contribute to creating a strong, mobile, injury-free physique that you can be proud of for the rest of your life. This is not a 30 day challenge, and will not happen over night.
I have nothing but the upmost respect for any individual who is willing to make a positive change in their life. I am not a drill Sargent but I will push you harder than you have ever been pushed before. You will be stronger than you thought you could ever be, you will break physical and mental barriers and I will be by your side the whole way.

My job requires me to be on television and it's not only important how I look and feel about myself ---but it's also important to have stamina because my schedule is around the clock. Bottom line is I need to look and feel fit. While I love working out - I also have four children and doing things efficiently is critical for me. But I kept doing the same type of workout all the time and not seeing results in my body (or with my strength.) I tried out several different trainers until I met Paul. Immediately, when I worked out with him - everything improved because Paul took the time to teach me proper form. He also created a workout that was designed specific to my body's need. Most trainers will give you a workout they have designed for everyone and expect you to have success with it. But Paul will listen to your goals and look at your abilities and design a program that takes you where you want to go. I knew if I kept doing the same workout that I wouldn't change …I can tell you that Paul will do what it takes to help you make a transformation!!
