A quick 10 week client progress update.

My client and friend Luke here after 10 weeks consistently taking account of his nutrition. Luke reached out and just needed some guidance on his nutritional requirements. I told him not to over complicate things. I 

helped him understand what his body needed each day and that was it. Slow and steady is what I told him. No magic pills or tricks, no zero carb dieting just good consistency. Luke took that everything on board and even with a crazy schedule touring all over Ireland as a preformer he could easily stay on track and 10 weeks later he is feeling the difference and it is reflected in his physique. 

Luke was also working hard in the gym to maintain his hard earned lean tissue with his coach but his nutrition was on point. Congratulations Luke. Irelands no1 entertainer looking fantastic.
